Our refund policy for leads. If you don't request for a refund with in 7 days from the date lead is charged, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you should provide a valid reason for request and update the same in camzooms vendor app. Once the request is validated by internal team. The refund will be initiated and processed within 7 to 10 working days into your valet.
If the vendor opted to exit from camzooms services platform he/she can raise a request by contacting camzooms customer service and the refund will be initiated and processed within 30 to 45 working days into your bank or credit card account.
Additional non-refundable services:
- Gift cards or bonus amount
- Utilized leads or non converted leads
- Referral bonus cannot be requested as cash return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
